Overview
Thêqë-bika Bî was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1324, by Alcelator Trêrêga. The establishment of Thêqë-bika Bî was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Thêqë-bika Bî's construction back out of the project. Alcelator Trêrêga pushed on reguardles, and Thêqë-bika Bî was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Thêqë-bika Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Thêqë-bika Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Thêqë-bika Bî is buildings are built arround a single broad baked earthen mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Thêqë-bika Bî's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Thêqë-bika Bî's monster and outlaw focused fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Right off the bat Thêqë-bika Bî hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The new wealth has created some worrying attitudes in many passers by, such that it’s clear new laws have recently been enacted and enforced with such extreme scrutiny the locals seem to be going about their day as if by clockwork.

Cultural Notes
Thêqë-bika Bî's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.

History
A vast influx of newcomers over the last (31159 % 6)+1 years has greatly spiked Thêqë-bika Bî's population. They may have been drawn by economic opportunities, or fled some pursuing peril, or been forcibly moved there by a ruler who wanted to dilute the existing native cohesion. The natives may not have the resources or opportunities to integrate these newcomers, and it may be that the new population has no desire to stay longer than is necessary.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Thêqë-bika Bî was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Thêqë-bika Bî lost 223 people, 155 livestock, and 73 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 199, when members of Thêqë-bika Bî's militia enacted an operation to secure a particular settlment to utilize it for a specific task. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in victory for Thêqë-bika Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Thêqë-bika Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
